My inbox is now very brightly coloured with very pleasing categories of which ‘Waiting For….’ is definitely my favourite! My task list is pleasing but a work in progress. My week has been made up of rocks and sand and hopefully more so next week after my weekly review. Assertive behaviour is being worked on and the ‘can you come back in 30 minutes’ question has been used daily.
Quite a number of friends have expressed interest in your courses, especially one of my excel-geek friends.
Thanks for all your help and encouragement. The course has literally transformed the way I work and feel about my work.
