The course has made a big difference to me, even more so than I thought. The broken record was a great piece of advise and I’ve been putting it into practice a lot. I’m also finding I’m even holding myself differently.
Being a ‘less experienced’ PA, I have previously been walked over by other PA’s and even my Directors without knowing it. The course has bought my confidence out and knowing that I CAN be assertive (that poor stationery boy!) and take control of my working day life, both with my bosses and with the people I work with, is very rewarding.
