Well what a difference the course has made to my working life. I feel so energised, confident and asking people if they can come back really does work, they don’t!!!!
I take my note book everywhere with me. I am about to get my desk repositioned so that I am not facing people. I am also leaving pretty much on time and taking lunch breaks (not everyday but most days) and not feeling guilty for that.
The outlook tip to put an email straight into a diary appointment is fantastic, use it all the time.
All in all a fantastic course, I will never forget the paper aeroplane exercise and listen more now than just assume I know what is being said.
