I’m still as busy as ever but I find the task list a great help and also asking my boss for a deadline as opposed to dropping what I’m in the middle of to do something immediately – this has worked really well.
My boss has noticed a difference – he definitely thinks that I am being more assertive with him – this is because my confidence has grown!
The IT tips have been brilliant – everyone in the office have been really impressed as I have been giving a few training lessons! The colour coded emails work well, voting buttons and CC emails are in place – not forgetting the task list of course!
