I found this the most useful training course and the best I have ever been on, I still use my tasks on my computer and make sure that I have my “rock” time. Most training courses I have attended I don’t feel that i have taken anything away from other than a headache from sitting and listening too long, however, after your course, I felt invigorated and ready to get back to work to put all the things that I learnt into practice.
