I’m now a lean, mean, categorising machine!
Since attending the course I feel more positive & confident, I also feel like I recognise my place within the company and understand my role a lot better.
I’ve even said “no” to a few people that have asked me to do their job, brilliant! The quick parts tool is my new best friend, and the e-mail merges are pretty cool too.
Also I’ve spoken to my boss about attending the 5 day course next year and he agreed, so we will look into this again in my personal development review.
