I’m back in the office today after the short Easter break and (you will be really proud of me) the first thing I did was to insert an extra time zone in the diary (my boss is in the US this week!) and got down to setting up my task list complete with categories!
The course has given me greater self-assurance and I am already demonstrating a new kind of assertiveness which hopefully will bring in the results.
