Thank you for a very interesting and informative course over the last two days. I have come into the office this morning and have immediately put some of your tips into action. I am sure over the next few days and months I will be checking my handout to refresh my mind about other useful ‘handy hints’ to help me help my Director’s working day more efficient which, as you rightly point out, is what our roles are all about.
